Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 it became compulsory for all owners of commercial property, controlling agents and landlords to carry out a Fire
Risk Assessment of their premises; no longer will the fire brigade issue a "Fire Certificate" it is now
their responsibility.
We understand that most organisations and commercial operations do not have the
expertise to carry out these risk assessments fully or with confidence, therefore we can do this for them. All of our assessments
are carried out in line with the national codes of practice, taking into account alarms, exits, fire fighting, training, signage,
and much more.
The Fire Risk Assessment will highlight areas where further action may be needed, we can then
advise as to the best actions to be taken and where necessary, carry out further works, or recommend 3rd party professionals
to carry out works on their behalf.
We will make sure that all their paperwork is complete, remedial works
are actioned, staff trained as necessary, we will also monitor their assessments and ensure that they are kept up to
date.
